Fresh Out of the Oven – Tina Turner!

Our Chief Engineer Pinky was asked to perform a task that many forget about in this digital age of recording. Pinky was asked to restore 1980's analog tape for Tina Turner. Big3 Studios' facilities have the ability to work with both analog and digital forms of audio. Fresh out of the oven, Pinky had to physically "bake" the analog session tapes, then transfer the analog tape to digital, using Pro Tools, to properly restore the historic singers sessions from 3 decades ago.
